Dana opened the top drawer of the credenza. She pulled out her book of shadows and leafed through to the ritual for Candlemas. she put it on top of the credenza and started to pull out the supplies she needed for the ritual.
Dana had been practicing the craft since she was a child. Even though her parents went to the Unitarian Church they were Wiccan. They had taught her all the rituals and even some herbal healing.
The craft had given her solace when she was at her darkest moments. She smiled when she picked up her wand and started the ritual.
