Endora was getting some new court gowns made to wear when she went to Tree Palace. Queen March had given her some beautiful turquoise blue cloth. It was just enough for a simple gown.
The Royal Seamstress looked at the cloth and made a face. “My Lady, its color.”
“I know it was a gift. I want a simple gown with a white lace collar.” Endora told her.
“Queen Taralen won’t like it.” The woman said. “You are a Tuathe. You should only wear white.”
“When I am Queen, we will wear all colors like the flowers.” Endora said.
