NaNoWriMo Notes: Setting the Goal

This year’s project (The Russian Husband) was started a few months ago when I had a burst of sudden inspiration. I woke up with a story in my head and I didn’t stop writing until it was all out in a mish mash of notes. I ended up with about five thousand words of notes. At the time it had a different title but as most of us who write know titles sometimes change as the story grows.

Since The Russian Husband is already started, I decided to do an amended word count goal for NanoWriMo as it pertains to this project.

Current Word Count of Story: 4773 (not including 4753 words of notes or outline):

NaNoWriMo Word Count: 50,000

Total Word Count Goal: 54773
