 To The Heavens I Pray

Oh mighty and loving one hear my call

Let my prayer echo in your sacred spaces

I, who am weak, need strength to carry on

Bestow onto me with thy grace and light

Hear me cry, the one lost among the found

My soul yearns to be healed of its misery

 

Oh mighty and loving one hear my plea

You have many names and many faces

Praying here in one of your many sacred places

Lifting my voice to the skies to fill your ears    

To all that you are and all that I am not

I know in my heart you know who I am
