I think this is a great list of goals. You are much more organized than I am, like identifying and planning to cut out distractions to your writing.
I feel you on being much more interested in one's own story and characters than in writing fan fiction. But I still get very nervous and perfectionist when it comes to posting my original fic, where it's much easier to throw up a fan fic drabble. You are a real inspiration to me in that regard.
I hope you keep writing on Dark Realms, and I'm very happy to see you still want to work with puzzleprompts on it.
