The Traitor
Sedition is overt conduct, such as speech and organisation, that tends toward rebellion against the established order. Sedition often includes subversion of a constitution and incitement of discontent toward, or rebellion against, established authority.
Treason: the crime of betraying one's country, especially by attempting to kill the sovereign or overthrow the government.
The Traitor
He knew what he was doing but he didn’t care. He was in the deep end now. There was no turning back.
He stepped up to the microphone and told all the lies again. He knew they were lies and he knew that there were some people that believed every word he said, no matter what he said. After the lies were recited, he encouraged the crowd to do violence. He knew they would do what he told them to do. They couldn't resist him.
He watched as they moved on the target with weapons brandished and yelling the lies as they moved. He felt no responsibility. He wasn't in the crowd. He wasn't actually going with them to attack the target.
He left the stage and got into his limo. He tapped on the screen and the driver left the scene. He would be far away by the time it was over. There would be destruction and bloodshed but he didnt feel a thing.
He poured himself a drink and laughed. He laughed at the gullibility and the stupidity of his loyal followers. Didn't they know they were being used to create chaos? Were they so blind to his evil intentions?
He sat back and sipped his drink. He would wait patiently to hear the results. He hoped for as much chaos as there could be. Chaos made him happy. Chaos was his ultimate goal.
