The beach filled with guests for Mydren’s hatching day. It was a day of celebration for all of Ogham-Duir.

Every time one of the first dragons had an anniversary of their hatching day it was an event. There were so few now. Illness and accidents had claimed most of them.

There were originally ten dragons but now there were only four. Myrdren was the youngest of the four. His mate Myra was just a few months older.

Mydren liked a party on the beach even though he was an earth elemental dragon. Food and friends were all he needed today.
