To the shores to the west, the destruction of Atlantis had a devastating effect. Great tidal waves washed over the small coastal villages leaving the residents lives in shambles.

Houses and livelihoods washed out to sea. Even some of the residents themselves had been lost.

When the people thought that nothing worse could happen, the ships started to arrive with the survivors from Atlantis.

Dozens of ships appeared almost instantly on the horizon. There were large ships and smaller vessels full of people.

The villagers were defenseless. They had no way to turn the large ships away from the shore.
