39. Father [Princess Endora, Prince Paddrick (FFQP)]
Paddrick sat on the top of the fence and watched Endora claim the ring with a lance. He was impressed.
Endora brought the ring over to him. “Want to try?”
“I can’t even ride that well. How is it that you are so good at all these warrior things?” Paddrick asked.
“My father was a great warrior and so was my grandfather.” Endora said. “What about your father? You never mention him.”
“He died when I was small. He was an artist like me. I suppose we take after our fathers.” Paddrick said.
Endora smiled. She liked how that sounded.
